Effects Coordinator
The Effects Coordinator leads planning and coordination to develop behavioral influence strategies. This includes synthesizing strategic client goals with existing client capabilities and providing actionable recommendations for capability employment and expansion to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce risk. Additionally, the Effects Coordinator will be responsible for the following:Ensures assessment strategies are appropriate and incorporated into operational planningSynchronizes internet-based operations to achieve overarching operational and strategic impactCoordinates guidance, authorities, objectives, priorities, mission area analysis, assessment data and program capabilities Liaises with other organizations to coordinate and prioritize authorities, permissions, and support to current and future operationsProvides reports summarizing team efforts and strategiesServes as the subject matter expert on program capabilities, authorities, applications, best practices, and procedures to leaders, staff, components, other organizations, subordinate commands, allied and partner nations, and interagency entities for coordination, synchronization, and deconfliction of efforts REQUIRED SKILLS: 7+ years of related experience in the product development process and tactical and operational integration in support of military operations at the brigade level or higherDemonstrated experience with Target Audience AnalysisDemonstrated experience with SERIES developmentDemonstrated experience conducting briefings Multiple tactical-level deployments (preferred) EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree; relevant experience and education may be considered in lieuCompletion of PSYOP qualification courseCompletion of Joint IO Planning or IO Integration courses Clearance Requirement: DoW TS/SCI clearance.
