What Patient Concierge contributes to Cardinal Health
Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.
Responsibilities Supervise new patient department - Responsible for the supervision of staff including scheduling, monitoring productivity standards, providing training to staff as needed Ensure staff are scheduling new patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner Enhance the patient experience by providing efficient and courteous service to all guests, clients, and staff, with optimal customer service Contribute positively to the team approach and culture of the Center Ensure technical and clerical aspects of patient coordination are best in class Work with management team towards a common goal including actively engaging in Center growth and marketing strategies, clinical care and quality improvement opportunities Provide backup support to the center when Operations Manager is not on-site
Qualifications
3+ years of Medical Office experience required Previous experience working in a lead or supervisor role Complete understanding of referrals, authorizations, medical records and patient scheduling required Demonstrated ability to identify problems, research, and make recommendations to resolve issues Excellent oral and written communication Ability to multi-task and promote teamwork
