The role manages two direct salaried reports and oversees a team of ten unionized Local 630 employees.</p><p></p><p>The position is responsible for setting service standards, managing daily operations, and ensuring strong coordination across facilities functions, with a sustained emphasis on customer experience. Effective leadership in this role is particularly important given the number of VIP stakeholders supported at the World Headquarters location.</p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage Union facility mechanics, service partners, contractors, and direct report staff.</p></li><li><p>Lead blended team with ultimate responsibility for the 24/7 operational readiness of the WHQ campus.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain excellent relationships with VIP customers, key internal and external stakeholders and Facility Services partners.</p></li><li><p>Final responsible for the daily Facility Services support, infrastructure, and utilities at the World Headquarters Campus. </p></li><li><p>Act as the single point of contact with site occupants and stakeholders for the E&PS organization.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with regulations, environmental guidelines and internal operating procedures processes. Where required participate in inspections and audits. Ensure the team and the team’s activities are audit ready.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans, emergency response plans and infrastructure management programs.</p></li><li><p>Develop, support, and manage Facility-related financial plans and maintenance budgets.</p></li><li><p>Establish a culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement based on KPI’s, benchmarking and sharing best practices between sites and departments.</p></li><li><p>Responsibly act in accordance with Credo and J&J Leadership principles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications / Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities, utilities and maintenance is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in GxP and quality management systems environment experience, beneficial.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading teams through change or dealing with organizational transformation, beneficial.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, both oral, and written.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated drive, energy and passion for delivering on Business commitments.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated record of critical thinking and tactical responsiveness.</p></li><li><p>Vendor management experience.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated customer focus and influencing stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong reporting and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Strives for continuous improvement, mindset.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
