This role will be responsible for driving intelligent reporting advancements, leading the design and deployment of key EPM Cloud solutions that enhance business efficiency. In addition, the Principal Solutions Architect will guide teams in addressing cloud-specific needs, recommending new features and functionalities that align with business goals, and ensuring the smooth, scalable integration of these solutions.<br><br>A key focus of this role is partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of EPM Cloud services while maintaining business continuity. The individual will collaborate with other EPM architects, developers, and program managers to ensure that all solutions are scalable and strategically aligned with long-term objectives. Standardize processes where possible by reusing objects or adopting global designs, maximizing operational efficiency and business outcomes.</li><li>Lead map-gap discussions with business users, documenting solution alternatives and providing clear recommendations to ensure optimal decisions are made with minimal customizations and long-term sustainability in mind.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, partner resources, and cross-functional global teams, demonstrating the ability to influence, guide, and listen to drive consensus on critical business and technology decisions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Primary Tasks:</span></b></p><ul><li><b>Solution Design</b>: Develop and configure EPBCS, ARCS & FCCS solutions tailored to the organization’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs.</li><li><b>Data Integration</b>: Manage the integration of various data sources into EPBCS, ARCS/FCCS ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li><li><b>Configuration and Customization</b>: Implement necessary configurations and customize EPBCS functionalities to align with business processes.</li><li><b>Testing and Validation</b>: Conduct comprehensive testing, including data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system readiness.</li><li><b>Training and Documentation</b>: Create detailed documentation and provide training for end-users to support effective adoption of EPBCS.</li><li><b>Post-Implementation Support</b>: Offer ongoing support, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">What You'll Bring to Our Team</span></h2><p><b><span>Minimum </span></b><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.</span></li><li><span>10+ years of relevant professional experience</span></li><li><span>Deep architectural expertise in EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS).</span></li><li><span>Proven experience leading on-premises Hyperion to EPM Cloud migrations.</span></li><li><span>Expertise in designing scalable solutions for planning, forecasting, and reporting.</span></li><li><span>Proficient in solution design using Groovy, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.</span></li><li><span>Skilled in defining solution architecture and data integration strategies.</span></li><li><span>Ability to translate business needs into scalable EPM Cloud architecture.</span></li><li><span>Previous experience developing functional and technical specifications, test plans, and scripts</span></li><li><span>Previous success in collaboration with multiple business functions to align EPM solutions with business goals</span></li><li><span>Previous experience managing EPM application security, user provisioning, and integration with IDCS/LDAP</span></li><li><span>Previous experience with configuring and enhancing EPBCS modules (Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, Financials)</span></li><li><span>Proven success navigating the need to direct, listen, and influence effectively to drive results</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural vision/design with Business Leadership</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to adapt in a global team with a diverse mix of contractors, vendors, and employees, from early-career to senior business leaders</span></li><li><span>Previous experience Optimizing EPM application performance for scalability and robustness </span></li><li><span>Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven capabilities within EPM Cloud</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>12+ years of experience architecting and implementing Oracle EPM solutions.</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership skills to mentor/coach direct global project teams.</span></li></ul><p>#LI-MS</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Our Culture</b></span></h2><p style="text-align:left"><span>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
