Full-Time
Schedule Monday-Friday but must be available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on your familys needs.

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management services
Coordinate community resources for youth and families
Support families in navigating child welfare, mental health, education, and justice systems
Monitor service plans, provide crisis intervention, and promote permanency planning
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Who Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field required
1+ year of experience working with children and families
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of the job required.
Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.
Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Additional education or experience may be required due to state or contractual requirements.
Florida: Must be a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Must manage emotionally challenging situations
Travel to homes and community settings required
Must meet all Boys Town driving, safety, and training requirements

  • Reasonably expected to have and maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful (physical, mental and emotional) situations encountered on the job without compromising their health and well-being or that of their fellow employees, youth, or families.Duties are performed in a variety of environments ranging from highly stressful and potentially aggressive to casual and leisurely, in both indoor and outdoor settings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and maybe required to visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets.
