Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Foundation-level for learned profession; active learner from more experienced colleagues. Contributor on a project or work team. Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies, and practices related to Job Area. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: None. Licensure: None. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $21.10 hourly.
