Job Description
TheInternational Director, Brand team Lead - Emrelis and Temab-Awill be responsible for developing the global brand strategy and execution of EMRELIS and the early strategic commercial direction ofTemab-A through early commercial insights in close collaboration with our Pipeline Commercial Strategy (PCS) team, Areas and key international affiliates: Key responsibilities include: - Lead the development and implementation of Emrelis brand strategy leveraging US resources while integrating international needs
- Partner with Area teams, affiliates (BRA/JP), and US to drive Emrelis launch and lead LSR preparation.
- Oversee LRP and PLN cross-functional alignment from an IMCO perspective, including evaluation of new BC launches globally.
- Develop and execute Temab-A communication plans, informing early commercial insights and cross-functional alignment.
- Advance key Temab-A pipeline commercialization strategies prior to milestones and governance, ensuring visibility and seamless execution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize TP efficiencies with Area and PCS, providing early commercial insights and market analysis.
- Conduct commercial assessments and evaluate launch feasibility in international markets.
- Provide overall leadership for marketing strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
- Oversee execution, monitoring, and adaptation of marketing plans.
- Make strategic decisions to support AbbVie brands throughout all lifecycle stages.
- Serve as a key AST member representing IMCO, providing strategic commercial insights and fostering alignment for Emrelis and Temab-A.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Global commercial and marketing experience is required.
- Experience with oncology solid tumors in Lung and GI diseases areas are preferred.
- Prior global launch experience in solid tumor is preferred
