Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Provide analytic support & data driven guidance for optimization of marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics & brands.
- Partner w/Business Technology Services (BTS) & Data Strategy teams to design, build, & implement AbbVies digital marketing capabilities.
- Build advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams & optimize marketing tactics.
- Collaborate w/internal & external teams to deliver digital analytics dashboards, integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across marketing tactics & formulate strategic & tactical investment recommendations.
- Serve as a technical program lead for personal promotion optimization opportunities, facilitating conversation between business & technical (engineering, data science).
Qualifications
Education & Experience Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Must have 3 years of experience in a data analytics role: - performing analytics for measurement & optimization;
- using SQL and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Anaconda, Visual Studio, R Studio, Python, R, Dataiku, &/or Snowflake, etc.;
- designing & developing dashboards using Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
