Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.
Nuclear Manufacturing is responsible for the manufacturing of time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in an integrity driven, highly regulated environment (i.e. FDA, NRC, DOT) to support patient treatment through disease diagnosis, staging, and monitoring.Shift/Schedule40 hours weekly / Full TimeMonday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pmMust be flexible to work other hours, days, and overtime as needed
ResponsibilitiesManufactures radioactive isotopes and drug products (includes synthesis set up, hot cell manipulations, inspection, packaging, distribution)Assemble sterile vials in a controlled environmentPerforms environmental and personnel monitoringDemonstrates strong documentation practicesPerforms clerical and administrative tasks, including maintenance of daily production records, report preparation and maintenance recordsManages inventory (includes goods receiving, material inspection, and cycle counts)Performs daily radiation safety tasks, along with controlled area cleaningExecute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements including Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Qualifications1-2 years of experience, preferredHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredPrior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a controlled environment and/or regulated industry preferredFormulation or Aseptic Manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to manage weight up to 50 poundsAbility to be an effective team member.Able to repeatedly follow detailed processing instructionsMulti-task, well-organized and detail-oriented
