Both Leslie's and Stellar strive to create a positive and fun atmosphere where our Team Members feel valued and are enthusiastic about the contributions they make to the success of Stellar.</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Packaging Associate, you will support safe and efficient production by packaging finished goods according to established instructions and quality standards. This role involves inspecting products and packaging for accuracy and quality, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p>Distribution Center safety precautions include a dedicated Safety Officer, temperature scans, frequent sanitizing, masks and gloves for team members. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our associates and their families, our partners, our communities and our customers.</p><p><strong>Pay: $17.00/ Hourly, with $1/hr shift differential for 2nd Shift only</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Pulls finished goods off the conveyor belt to fill boxes, cartons and pails following packing instructions on bill of material. Runs job per instructions/work orders and asks questions if instructions are not clear.</li><li>Visually inspects finished goods and removes broken or damaged product.</li><li>Visually inspects each container for print color, package quality, wrapper quality and printing quality.
