Supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for nursing care delivery. Provides personal care for patients and is responsible for allied tasks and assisting team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Sufficient education to read & understand instructions.



• Valid Washington State Registration as a Nursing Assistant (without restrictions), and the ability to obtain a



• Nursing Assistant Certification within 90 days of employment.



• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License



• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
