Learn more at <a href="https://url.us.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/MR_SCqxD2Oivo14wsZygBQ?domain=jnj.com/" target="_blank">https://www.jnj.com/</a>.Requirements:<ul><li>Further the organization’s culture of quality by leading gap assessments to identify any potential compliance gaps within our risk documentation for commercialized product</li><li>Develop a Patient’s First and Quality Engineering mindset through exposure to patient stories and critical quality deliverables, including design controls, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and Risk Management Reports (RMRs)</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful integration of the Innovation Excellence Quality organization into the broader product lifecycle</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Ability to work full-time from July – December 2026</li><li>Permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills</li></ul><div><div><div>Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
