Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with proficiency in NetSuite to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize NetSuite to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within NetSuite.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA or CPA candidacy is a plus.
