Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client, a dynamic manufacturing company in California, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional eager to expand their skills in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, with a focus on processing approximately 40 invoices per week.
- Deposit checks and conduct check runs efficiently.
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage contracts and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Oversee fixed asset management to support company operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks desktop and online versions, along with intermediate Excel skills, for daily tasks.
Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in a related role is preferred.
- An Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow; the client is looking for a solid AP specialist willing to be trained in other areas.
- Team-oriented, self-starter, flexible, and adaptable to changing work environments.
