Ledgent is partnering with a distribution company in the Bloomington area, looking for a high volume AP Specialist to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire position that pays $25-$30/hr (D.O.E.).

Job Duties/Description:

• Process accounts payable transactions
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Processing of credit rebills
• Other accounting related activities, tasks, and ad-hoc projects as needed
• Assist with new account setup
• Enter and process payments for all vendors
• Work with other departments regarding Accounting issues and projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associates degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 2-3 years Accounts Payable process experience
• Good communication skills and problem-solving experience
• Ability to follow and enforce written processes and procedures
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
