Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless office operations by providing top-notch administrative support.
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage schedules, and greet visitors with professionalism.
• Handle essential tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning to keep the office running smoothly.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Support team members by managing organizational tasks and facilitating effective communication.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
• Take on additional tasks to contribute to the team's overall success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a polished, professional attitude.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to handle information effectively.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous administrative experience is a bonus but not required.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $23-30 per hour
