Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for Experienced HR Assistants - Must have 1-2+ years of HR support experience and be knowledgeable of HR processes, Detail-Oriented and have a keen eye for attention to detail. High school diploma required, college degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Professional designations such as SHRM or PHR a HUGE plus!

Position:
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
Salary may range from $23- 30/hr + DOE
